I have been a lawyer since 1989 practicing in Louisiana until year 2000 when I was admitted to the Maryland Bar. I am also licensed in D.C. and Virginia. I am a graduate of Tulane University School of Law (cum laude 1989) and have a B.A. from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY.
